He received 11 months 15 days jail (credited time served for 26 days), 3 years probation, and $518 fines/ court costs.
**UPDATE** Judge Thomas Johnson of Escambia County has decided to return the 2 dogs found alive in the Williams-Carr house!! The defendants told the Judge the dead dogs found in their garage weren' theirs, and Judge Johnson agreed to turn over the seized dogs from Escambia County Animal Services back to the "owners!"

Escambia County Sheriff's Department found two dead and decomposing dogs in the garage, along with one puppy still alive. The dead dogs' bodies had decomposed to the point of exposed skeletons. Inside the house they discovered two more live dogs who had no food or water. All the dogs were being kept in wire kennels. The house was covered with feces and urine. There was no air conditioner running, and only one open window.
Deputies also found infant clothing and a crib in the house.
Both Williams and Carr had outstanding warrants with Escambia County on unrelated charges.
The AJRG supports the efforts of the Junior Humane Society, who is following this awful case.
